Children's Advocacy Center
The WCCAC is a local non-profit serving child victims of physical and sexual abuse and neglect. Their mission is to reduce the trauma of child maltreatment by providing a child-oriented environment for the coordination, multidisciplinary investigation, intervention, and treatment of child abuse and neglect victims of Walker County.
Jasper Area Family Services Center
At JAFSC, residents are becoming better parents, securing meaningful employment and building a better life with the diverse assistance available at Jasper Area Family Service Center, real lives in the real world. The Family Services Center benefits infants through adults.
She Recovers
She Recovers is a dedicated group of advocates and providers serving women in Walker County and adjacent communities. They offer holistic services for pregnant and parenting mothers battling substance use.
Birmingham Fellowship House
The Fellowship House provides a substance use disorder recovery program designed to serve the special needs of an individual who suffers from alcoholism, drug addiction, and co-occurring disorders.

Our Village's mission is to ensure the academic, socio-emotional, and economic growth of Walker County's students, families, and communities holistically.
A Refuge of Hope
The Pregnancy Test and Resource Center is a Christian, pro-life non-profit organization that reaches out to local women and families who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. They strive to offer a nonjudgmental and confidential atmosphere while providing a refuge of hope, grounded in the love of Jesus Christ.
